Q: How long will it take to receive my order?

A: Yes, you can return an item for a refund within 7 working days of receiving it if it is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. However, please note that a 3% deduction will be made to cover payment processors and any Shopify fees incurred by the order. Non-deliverable items will be refunded minus our shipping costs. If your product is marked as delivered but you did not receive it, please contact your chosen courier as soon as possible.

A: Yes, you can track your order using the tracking number provided once your order has shipped. Please allow a few working days for the tracking to be active. There can be occasions where the tracking status is limited and stops updating, but this does not necessarily mean that the package is lost. It may simply take longer for the package to be delivered.
