Once the package has been delivered to the designated location, customers are advised to contact the local courier for any issues such as damage, loss, delay, or theft. Please note that we are not responsible for any such incidents.
If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the chosen courier immediately.

We offer local shipping through JNE, JNT, Paxel, & other on-demand services. We hope to add more affordable shipping options in the future.

Please note that tracking status may be limited or stop updating, but this does not necessarily mean that the package is lost. It may just take longer for the parcel to be delivered.
