REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

To be eligible for a return and refund:

The product packaging must be unopened and in the same condition as received.
Kukey Studio must be contacted within seven (7) days of delivery via email at contact@kukey.studio with your order number.
The Consumer will need to cover the return shipping cost using agreed-upon shipping services.
Once you have received a confirmation email from Kukey Studio, please mail the item to us, at your own cost, via registered mail. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping fees, return shipping fees, and any transaction fees are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping (if applicable) will be deducted from your refund.

Once your item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund request. If your request is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 30 days.

Kukey Studio reserves the right to determine if the returned product is eligible for a refund. If Kukey Studio determines that a returned product is ineligible, the consumer may be responsible for an assessment fee, return fee and handling fees, and other reasonable fees as may be required by Kukey Studio prior to the product being returned to the consumer.


REFUNDS
We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return and inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund request. If your request is approved, the refund will be processed within 10 business days and automatically applied to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Please be advised that refunds are subject to a 5.2% deduction to cover our payment processors and any Shopify fees incurred by the order.

NON-DELIVERABLE ITEMS
If an item is returned to us due to a failed delivery, we will refund the cost of the item minus our shipping costs. If you wish to have the item re-delivered, you can contact us to arrange for an additional shipping fee. If an unclaimed item is returned to us or if the customer is unresponsive after 30 days, the item will no longer be eligible for re-delivery.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within seven (7) days of receipt if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. The item must be unused and in the same condition as when it was received.

Group Buy & Pre-Order items may have minor manufacturing marks and imperfections. During our quality control process, each item is inspected and confirmed to be A-stock. Any marks on the internals due to the manufacturing process are not eligible for returns or refunds as they are part of the manufacturing process.

If your items arrive damaged, please contact us with your order number and detailed images of the damaged items so we can inspect them and arrange for a replacement.

SWITCHES:
All switches will be counted by our staff. If a missing or damaged switch is found upon arrival, we will process a refund or replacement (with your next order).

NON-REFUNDABLE SHIPPING COST
You are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the cost of return shipping (if applicable) will be deducted from the refund.

When returning items, please use trackable shipping services. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
