ACCOUNTS
To use some of our services, you may need to create an account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login information and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.
PURCHASES
By purchasing our products or services, you agree to pay the stated price and any applicable taxes or fees. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at any time for any reason. In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel any orders placed for that item at the incorrect price.
GROUP BUY
Group buy items are products that are not yet manufactured and are available for pre-order.
They have a set timeline for pre-ordering and production, and customers must place their orders within that timeline.
Once the group buy period ends, orders will be placed with the manufacturer, and the product will be produced.
The estimated production timeline and shipping date will be provided to customers before they place their order.
INSTOCK ITEMS
Instock items are products that are currently in stock and available for immediate purchase and shipment.
Customers can add them to their cart and complete the purchase process.
Instock items are typically shipped within 5 business days after the order is placed.
INCOMING ITEMS
Incoming items are products that are currently in production or being shipped to our warehouse.
The estimated arrival date will be provided on the product page or through email updates.
Customers can place their orders for incoming items, but the orders will only be shipped once the items have arrived at our warehouse.
The estimated shipping date will be provided to customers before they place their order.
SHIPPING
We are not responsible for any damaged, lost, delayed, or stolen packages once they have been shipped. Shipping times may vary depending on your location and any customs clearance processes. Import taxes and duties may also apply to international shipments and are the responsibility of the customer.
REFUNDS AND RETURNS
We will accept returns for defective or damaged items, but all returns are subject to a 5.2% deduction to cover payment processors and Shopify fees. Non-deliverable items will be refunded minus our shipping costs. You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning items.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on our website, including but not limited to text, images, graphics, logos, and code, is the property of Kukey Studio and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or sell any of our content without our express written permission.
